We learned about it for the first time back in August of last year 2016. Then we hear little of it. Fuchsia would be the release of Android as Google’s new operating system. A few months later spoke of Andromeda, but it was also forgotten. Now, hear new of Fuchsia, which continues to make progress.
Fuchsia, the 16th
Nothing more and nothing less than twice we hear about the last year of a new operating system that would relieve to Android and Google was working on it. It went on to say even that the successor of Android is released in October. A Google representative had to say there was no plans to relieve to Android. But the truth is that if work on a new operating system. And again return to know of the existence of this with the arrival of a new logo for the project that we met last year as Fuchsia. Description that gave Google left unclear what was the objective of this new project: Pink + Purple == Fuchsia (a new Operating System). We now know that he is not dead, but progressing properly. And has become a new logo for this operating system, pink, and shaped the infinity symbol.
A new operating system
The only thing we know about the operating system is more a technical key. And it’s that Fuchsia will no longer be based on the Linux kernel, but it will be based in Magenta and Little Kernel. This would be a step forward for the new operating system, and we believe that the idea would be that the operating system was common for smartphones and computers. It continues with the same idea of Andromeda, which would theoretically be the new Google system which happen to Android last year.
It is complex to believe that Fuchsia and Andromeda are two different projects. It seems rather that one is actually the technical project and another is the marketing project for the new release of Android. Still it is not clear that Google wants to end now with Android. Probably it is still much to do to reach an operating system that really go to relieve to Android.
